An Observatory of Premonition

Like any observatory, the present one qualifies and sharpens its significations in a labile relationship between the occurrence of the observation and the careful and subtle delineation of those observations - the exegesis of the mapping.

Outlining the contour of the premonition as a condensation that occurs within the edge of meaning - the boundary between space and place, the possibility of action, the appearance of form; revolving and folding out - incision and hole - the piling and the fall - sign, trace, language, form - tongue and hand. Pointing toward a tertium quid which lies between 'non-form' and 'excess of form', between that 'which does not exist' and 'that which is pure appearance'.

Within an event-structure, it seeks to uncover, to unfold and to give form to the relationship between a preceding and a succeeding as a phantasmagorical fulcrum that remains impregnable to the present. In The Observatory of Premonition the connotation in infinitive - to premonish - in the distention between the mirror of the text and the form's space.
